Bottles of water to share

It was really a wonder for me. On our home way from Thamel , San and I  dropped by a cafe which was not for tourists but for local people. That was a small cafe having four or five tables. There is a show case for white sweets near the entrance.
When I sat down, I found there were a bottle of water on each tables.

water bottles in Nepal Cafe
you can see a bottle on the table over there and two in front

Pour water without touching mouth
They were same as bottles I saw the bottles in some San's house too.

They pour water from the server with filtering into the bottles and put them some places in their house like in the kitchen and in the living room. When they drink it, they never touch their mouths. They pour water from the bottle into their opened mouth from the bottle very well.

I tried doing it was hard for me to pour water from relatively big bottles into my mouth.

Belief that human nature is fundamentally good
I saw customers also doing that in the cafe!I didn't know the shop clerk changed the bottle to a new one after previous customer at the same table left, but there was a bottle at a table and a guy coming in poured( not "drink") water from it before he sat down.

I supposed Nepali people's view is based on that human nature is fundamentally good like Japanese one.
