だめだめな ネパール政府
100,000 victims remain homeless.
Nepal marked the first anniversary of its tragic disaster on April 25th.There are about 100,000 victims left homeless.With such difficulties, Kathmandu held some events for the quake. People prayed for Kumamoto, even.
I believe what delays recovery from the quake in Nepal is government.
Nepalese Government causes the troubles.
After the quake, the Nepalese government closed all bank accounts in banks meant for disaster relief and transferred all deposits in them to the Prime Minister’s Relief Fund.And the government imposed bureaucratic customs procedures to even relief supplies from many countries, they had been piled up in the airport for a long time. Further, they started taxation on even aid.
Those incidents kept happening over the months after the quake.
That is ridiculous. I think that Nepalese government should be replaced totally. In addition, it was revealed that $4.1 billion donor money remained unspent!
The Reconstruction Authority was set up five months later..
That was caused by absence of the reconstruction authority....?? During one year, who and how have been working on reconstruction???The Reconstruction Authority was established September when five months past after the quake!
The National Reconstruction Authority was only built in December 2015.

ネパールは25日で震災から1年を迎えました。10万人の被災者は家がないままです。そんな中、カトマンズでは、いろいろなイベントがあったようです。そして日本の熊本にも言葉を寄せてくれています。 ネパールの震災からの復興を遅らせているのは、政府だと思います。

震災直後、ネパール政府は災害復旧のための銀行口座をすべて閉じ、首相の基金に全てを移しました。また、政府がお役所的な税関手続きを、海外からの救援物資にさえ課したため、物資は空港に長々と積み上げられたままでした。さらに、援助にまで税金をかけたんです。
こうした出来事が地震後の数か月、起き続けました。
そして、今度は41億円の義援金が使われていないままだと判明！
復興省が5か月後にやっと
復興省がなかったためです。。。1年の間、誰がどのように復興に取り組んでいたの？？
復興省が2015年の12月になって創設されたんです。
もう意味が分からない・・・・・ネパール政府は、総入れ替えされるべきだと思う！
